Eligibility for Refund

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by Superset within 90 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund, minus the registration fee.

Failed Compliance: If Superset's services fail to help your business achieve the necessary compliance as outlined in our service agreement, and this results in regulatory penalties, you may be eligible for a full refund of the service fees paid.

Conditions for Refund

Notification Period: To be eligible for a refund, you must notify Superset of your dissatisfaction within 90 days of your initial service activation. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Documented Effort: Refund requests related to failed compliance must include documentation of the steps taken using Superset's services and the specific reasons for the failure.

Service Termination: Upon processing a refund request, Superset reserves the right to terminate access to the services associated with the refund.

Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exclusions

Renewals and Subscriptions: Refunds do not apply to renewal fees or subscription payments after the initial purchase period.

Customized Services: Fees for any customized services or consultations that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds.
